Diploma Continuing  Students

For continuing students, the UNIT 3 COURSE is split into two groups of classes for a total of ten full days. The first takes place Saturdays February 25, March 3, March 17, and March 24th

from 9 to 5 at the Ayers Hotel in Costa Mesa.

Registration opens in January. The Course is $2,600, split into two payments: $1,300 due by January 31, and $1,300 due by July 31. Home Study is $1,250.

Unit 3 Registration and payment is due by NO LATER than January 31, 2012.

The Unit 5 Course (Sparkling Wines) will take place on Saturday May 5th. The exam is on June 12th. Registration is due by March 31.

The Unit 6 Course (Fortified Wines) will take place on Saturday May 12th. The exam is on June 12th. Registration is due by March 31.

There will be a Unit 1 Case Study Exam offered on Wednesday March 14. Registration is due by NO LATER than January 17th.
