DIPLOMA UNITS 5 and 6

The next Units 5-6 Courses will be in May of 2012.

 

Classes are at the Ayers Hotel, 325 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa, Ca 92626, located right off of the 73 Toll Road

 

Unit 5 is Sparkling Wine. The course is on Saturday May 5th, and runs from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The cost of the course is $600. The home study option is $425.

 

 

Unit 6 is Fortified Wines. The course is on Saturday May 12th, and runs from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The cost of the course is $600. The home study option is $425.

 

The Units 5 and 6 Exams are a one hour theory and tasting exam. The exam is on June 12th.
