Level Two Intermediate Certificate
Fall 2010- Classes begin on Wednesday October 13

This course is appropriate for students who have a serious interest in wine, and those who wish to broaden their knowledge. Intermediate Certificate covers the wines and spirits of the world in eight two-hour sessions, followed by an optional one-hour multiple choice examination on the ninth session. Wine tasting is a part of every class. Successful candidates receive the WSET Intermediate Certificate. *
Schedule: 6:30 to 8:30 pm, 8 Wednesdays beginning October 13 (please note that we will skip November 24 because of Thanksgiving Holiday)

Level Three Advanced Certificate
Winter 2011 - Classes begin on Monday February 7
Instructor: Peter Neptune, MS, DWS, CWE
This course offers coverage of wines and spirits of the world in considerable depth over 12 sessions. The Advanced Certificate is appropriate for those who have gone through the Intermediate Certificate level and have a good foundation of wine knowledge. It is a pre-requisite for the Diploma Course. The optional examination for the Advanced Certificate includes 50 multiple-choice questions, four short-answer questions and a blind tasting of one wine. Successful candidates receive the WSET Advanced Certificate. *
Schedule: 6 to 8:30 pm, 12 Mondays beginning February 7 with one or two Monday skipped because of scheduling. The course is slated to end on May 16th
