Neptune Wine Cellar Dinner at Bello
Grand and Premier Cru Burgundy

I am excited to present a ridiculously great dinner at Bello by Sandro Nardone featuring a comprehensive tasting of the outstanding 2009 Burgundy Vintage from Domaine Bouchard,  - all from my personal cellar. I will be tasting the wines with the guests and will discuss each wine in depth.

This exclusive event for only 22 people will take place on Thursday, October 14th at 6 pm.

The 2009 vintage is hailed as “extraordinary” and with 12 years now of aging are showing top form. I will be pouring Premier and Grand Cru wines from Bouchard Pere et Fils – all stored in perfect condition in my cellar from the moment I purchased them in 2011.

Bello has put together what promises to be the best menu yet for one of my dinners, and I have paired two white wines and three red wines:

Cold Lobster Salad, Charred Coconut, Passion Fruit, Long Pepper

Grassfed Beef Carpaccio, Sunchoke Cooked in Tallow, Pepper Cress, Whipped Black Pepper Stracchino

Elk, Blackberries poached in charred walnut oil, Farmers Market Turnip Puree, Elk Reduction

Cypress Grove Little Giant, Tomatoes Dehydrated Then Rehydrated in Strawberry Juice, Local Honey
