Neptune Wine Cellar Dinner at Bello

We are excited to present a ridiculously great dinner at Bello by Sandro Nardone featuring a comprehensive tasting of the 1996 and 1997 Cru MGA Barolos and Barbarescos of Bricco Rocche and Bricco Asili - all from the cellar of Peter Neptune MS. Peter will be tasting the wines with the guests and will discuss each wine in depth.


This exclusive event for only 20 people will take place on Thursday June 3 at 6 pm.


The Menu

First Course
Tuna Crudo,  Very Roasted Tomato, Olive, Garum

Second Course
Wild Boar “Carpaccio”, Sunchoke, Watercress, Black Truffle

Third Course
Carbonara Agnolotti, Guanciale, Pecorino, Chive

Fourth Course
48 hour Koji Short Rib, Porcini “Souffle”, Beef Jus

Fifth Course
Nitro Gorgonzola Mousse, Sour Fruit Mostarda, Rye Crackers


We will begin with a toast of 10 year aged Grand Cru Champagne.
