The Northern Rhône Valley produces epic white and red wines that have tremendous aging capacity. I am going to be pouring wines from standout producers like Jaboulet, Guigal and the great Domaine Jamet, all over ten years old. There will be three Côte Rôties poured!

The wines selected for this special dinner have been cellared at Peter Neptune MSs personal cellar since they were purchased on release.
