This will prove to be an unforgettable dinner and tasting of Grand Cru Burgundies from the undisputed master of the Grand Cru Hill of Corton, Bouchard Pere et Fils.

With over 17 acres (7ha), Bouchard Père & Fils is among the most iconic Domaine with ownership on the Corton Hill, home to the only Grands Crus in the Côte de Beaune. The House’s parcels are on a prime, if not the best, location with remarkable conditions, ensuring the utmost quality, regardless of the vintage! The wines are big and bold enough to get on a steakhouses’ wine list but flavorful and typical to be on white tablecloths as well.


Cultivated by the house for more than 100 years, Bouchard Père & Fils’ parcels have an exceptional location at the top of the hill with high elevation and east orientation. This allows for cool and windy conditions, preventing the vines from diseases and toning down the global warming effects. They are split equally between 50% Pinot Noir (Le Corton) and 50% Chardonnay (Corton-Charlemagne) on two very different Grand Crus terroirs.

The wines selected for this special dinner span ten years and have been cellared at Peter Neptune MS's personal cellar since they were purchased on release.
